Swiss Army Knives & Cutlery – Life Time Warranty

Victorinox guarantees all knives and tools to be of first class stainless steel and also guarantees a life time against any defects in material and workmanship (2 years for electronic components). Damages caused by misuse or abuse are not covered by this guarantee.

 

Timepiece - Global Three Year Limited Warranty

Victorinox Swiss Army SA provides a three (3) year guarantee from the date of purchase against faulty materials and manufacturing.  In the event of any such defect, we undertake to repair your watch or to exchange it for an identical or similar watch, at our expense, by way of sole and exclusive compensation.
The international guarantee is valid only if the guarantee certificate is duly completed, dated and stamped by our Customer Service Centre.
All timepieces that fulfill the terms and conditions of our guarantee must be repaired at our Customer Service Centre.  The guarantee is null or void if the case has been opened by any person other than a member of an approved service centre. 

The guarantee does not cover:
- The life of the battery.
- Damage, caused by aging, normal use or changes in color, to the strap (leather, textile, rubber), the glass (scratches), the bezel, the case or any other part not expressly mentioned.
- Damage indirectly caused by abnormal use or misuse (non-compliance with the instructions for use) or resulting from carelessness, negligence or accidents (bangs/knocks).

 

Travel Gear - Life Time Warranty

Victorinox travel gear products are guaranteed for the life of the product to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. We will cover any damage to your product caused by a defect in the workmanship or quality of the materials.  We have the right, at our option, to repair or replace the merchandise.  The guarantee does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage.  The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear.  As with any travel gear product, component parts, particularly moving parts, will show wear over time, and eventually may need to be refurbished or replaced.  If such wear and tear occurs, we can provide you with generous options for repairing or refurbishing your product.

 

If any misunderstanding occurs due to print failure or misunderstanding of the content, we reserve the right of final explanation.
